Our cute little guy!

Here are our first pictures of our newest little guy! Here is his little hand and the smaller one is his profile...and I think that is his hand by his mouth. Ultrasounds have come a long way. I have my ultrasound from when my mom was pregnant. I can not tell what it is! If she hadn't told me that it was me I would have never have known that it was even a baby!

Brian and I went up to Silverthorn this past weekend. We needed a break. This pregnancy has been stressing us both out. It was perfect weather up there. In the 70's all weekend! We visited this museum in Frisco. They had a little park area that had original log buildings and homes set up with old furniture, clothing, farming equitment, things like that. They even had an old jail.
Brian shut me in! It was a little creepy. Small, no windows, one little bed and dark.

Anyway, then we rented a paddle boat. That was so much fun. But we are idots and somehow we put our sunscreen on wrong and got burned.
Brian had a little bad luck too. He has been wanting crocs for so long and we finally found some for a good price. We got them that day and then went "boating." I don't know if Brian went hard core with the paddling or if the shoes are just junk, but within an hour on the boat one of the straps broke! He was so sad. But I think that he has recovered and is himself again.

Let me just say that I have never enjoyed a weekend more! We got to sleep and spend time together and sleep!!!

New Baby

My sister Charla and her husband Sterling had their little baby boy earlier this month. And guess what? He is long and skinny...big suprise! His name is Brayton (hope I spelled that right...sorry Charla if I didn't) Sterling Jessup. What a cutie! He looks like a little gangster in the bottom picture.
Brian and I also have some news for those who don't know...which might be quite a few...sorry. Anyway, this November we will be adding to our little family another little boy! The poor Grandparents...all grandsons so far! We are excited, but I am ready for a break from pregnancy after this one. I still have morning sickness, and I am way more tired, and my pregnancy couldn't be complete without at least one trip to the ER! I hope the rest of the time it is boring and uneventful.

Spencer has learned how to pray! He is so cute. He folds his arms, bows his head, and then mumbles into his shirt. Then he looks up with a big smile, claps his hands and says "Yeah!"
I have also discovered along with all this cuteness has come a little boy who is loving to be independent! I'm not sure if that is cute or not.

Train Ride

Spencer's first train ride! He wasn't too excited. This is probably the most excited he was to be on the train and this was when the train wasn't moving yet. I think he would have been okay but the whistle and bell didn't agree with him. He enjoyed watching his little cousin Matthew ride better. Oh well maybe next year. By the way for those of you who live in the surrounding area, this is a park called Belleview Park and it has a petting zoo and a stream...so much fun!!

Helping daddy mow!

He loves anything that will move when he pushes it! He loves to take out the mop, broom, or long sticks and push them around the floor. This is his first time mowing...now that he has had a taste of it I'm sure it will not be his last!

We have a pet frog...it is about as easy to take care of as a fish and that is why I love it! Well Zach...and Spencer helped me clean out his tank. I should say Zach helped and Spencer was just happy to watch. He loves being where ever his big brother is.

Every year we run/walk the Bolder Boulder. This year on account of me being sick and pregnant I choose to watch instead of participate. But Brian, Zach and the rest of the clan toughed out the cold rainy weather and raced. They did wonderful, and look fatastic!
